Are the prints original and limited edition?

Yes. All prints offered by PRINTS by Diana&Lucas Photography are original fine art photographic works created by Diana & Lucas Photography. Some prints are released as limited editions and produced in carefully controlled quantities. Each print is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity confirming its origin and edition details, ensuring its value as a genuine fine art piece.

What is included with my purchase?

Every print purchase includes three official documents:

A Certificate of Authenticity by PRINTS, verifying the artwork and its edition
A Certificate of Support & Donation by PRINTS, documenting our contribution to wildlife conservation initiatives
An Artist License by PRINTS, outlining permitted personal use of the artwork
These documents are an integral part of the artwork and confirm its status as an original fine art print.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of fine art PRINTS by Diana&Lucas Photography, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Can I reproduce or use the artwork commercially?

No. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright ownership. All artworks remain the intellectual property of Diana & Lucas Photography and are sold for personal display and enjoyment only. Reproduction, resale, commercial use, or distribution of the artwork—whether digital or physical—is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
